• ALLEVIATE ELBOW STIFFNESS AND PAIN: With compression and targeted hot or cold therapy, this elbow ice pack helps to reduce swelling and stiffness in the elbow caused by tennis elbow, tendonitis, arthritis, golfer’s elbow, or sprains and strains.
• VARIETY OF TEMPERATURES: Place the gel packs in the freezer for a minimum of two hours for cold therapy. WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 20 minutes. Place the gel packs, side by side, in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate and heat for 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached for heat therapy. IMPORTANT: While heating, watch the gel packs carefully. If they start to expand, stop heating immediately.
